Phone Numbers

The Phone Numbers section in AgentVoice provides centralized management for all the numbers your agents use for making and receiving calls. This feature ensures that your agents are always connected with the right numbers for their tasks.

Search, Filter, and Sort

Use the search bar at the top to quickly locate specific numbers. You can also apply filters or sort the numbers to organize them based on your preferences or requirements.

Get a New Number

To acquire a new phone number, click the + Get a Number button. You’ll be able to select a number based on your desired area code and availability. Once added, the new number will appear in the list and can be assigned to specific agents or tasks.

Managing Numbers

Once you have numbers in your system, you can easily view, edit, or assign them to agents. This flexibility ensures that your communication setup is always optimized for your business needs.

If no numbers have been added yet, this section will display a message encouraging you to start by acquiring your first number. With just a few clicks, you can have your communication system fully set up and ready to go.
