New updates and improvements to AgentVoice

April 2026

Scheduled Call Reports

Set up automated email reports that summarize your call activity on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. Choose which sections to include (overview stats, agent breakdown, call types, outcomes, best times to call), pick from multiple email templates, and add up to 10 recipients. You can also attach a CSV export with customizable columns so your team can work with the raw data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Call Analytics Dashboard

A new Analytics tab on the Calls page with interactive charts and insights:

  • Call volume trends over time
  • Success rate tracking
  • Agent performance comparison
  • Call type breakdown (inbound, outbound, web)
  • Outcome distribution
  • Best times to call heatmap
  • Duration distribution

Smart Trigger Conditions

Triggers now support changed and not_changed operators, making it easy to fire workflows specifically when a value transitions (e.g., "fire when contact status changes", not every time the field is touched). Triggers also now fire granular events on flex contact upsert, so updates to specific fields can drive precise downstream automations. Action errors are now surfaced when triggers run, so failed automations are easier to spot.

Also fixed:

  • Triggers occasionally executing twice on the same event
  • A race condition where contacts added to a campaign mid-execution could miss enrollment
  • Reduced log noise by skipping trigger condition evaluation logs when conditions aren't met

API Request Logs

View a detailed log of all API requests made with your API keys. Available under Settings > API > Request Logs with filtering by method, status code, and path. Click any request to see the full details including request body — helpful for debugging integrations.

New this month:

  • Sensitive request data is now auto-masked, with a per-organization toggle to enable or disable detailed logging
  • Request headers are captured alongside the body for full debugging context
  • Flex contact requests are now attributed to the specific endpoint mapping that handled them, making it easier to trace which custom endpoint produced which result

Internal SMS & Messaging

  • New internal SMS send endpoint for programmatic outbound texting, with usage tracked per organization for billing
  • Twilio error codes and messages are now captured on SMS status updates, so failed sends are easier to diagnose
  • Flex API requests are now attributed to the correct organization for accurate billing and logging

Voice & Call Quality

  • Outbound call intros now pre-render in the browser pipeline for smoother call starts
  • Fixed an issue where the silence-detection nudge ("are you there?") could pre-empt the agent's intro on first contact, including any consent language
  • All tool-driven Twilio calls (e.g., SMS sent from inside an agent action) now use the correct org-specific Twilio client
  • Fixed an issue where the configured TTS model wasn't always being passed through to the agent's runtime config

Workspace Conversations in Admin

Agency admins can now view conversations across all client workspaces directly from the admin dashboard, useful for support and quality assurance.

Billing Improvements

  • Stripe customer portal link for managing your payment method
  • Fixed an issue where the activation flow could fail for some users

Webhook & Contact Fixes

  • Incoming webhooks now correctly update existing contacts instead of creating duplicates. Contacts are matched by CRM ID, email, or phone number.
  • Tags and attributes from webhook updates are now applied properly, so triggers based on tag changes (like removing "Abandoned Cart") will fire as expected.

Action Parameter Fixes

Fixed an issue where numeric and boolean fields in custom actions were being sent as text to external APIs. Values like status codes, priority levels, and product IDs are now sent with the correct data types, resolving validation errors with third-party integrations (e.g., Freshdesk, Zoho).

Create and manage API keys with fine-grained permission scopes. Control exactly what each key can access — agents, campaigns, calls, contacts, and more. Includes webhook management endpoints.

SIP Trunking & Bring Your Own Twilio

Connect your own Twilio account or SIP trunk for call routing. Use your existing phone infrastructure while leveraging AgentVoice's AI capabilities.
